Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and guest-service experience in a wellness/spa environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate and manage therapists and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
• Perform spa treatments as needed to maintain guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer care.
• Assist with inventory, budgets and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
