Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at The White Rose pub to support the General Manager in running the business and leading a great team. You will mentor staff, drive guest satisfaction and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will motivate and develop your team, act as Duty Manager when needed, and help deliver memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back. The role offers strong progression prospects within our pub group.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the pub.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
