White Rose at Oaktree Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, coach and motivate your team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will be a visible leader, train staff, set standards, and drive performance across service, food, and drinks, while benefiting from progression opportunities and staff discounts.
