Job summary

Builders Arms, part of Castle Pubs, is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be a Duty Manager in the absence of the GM, coach staff, and drive standards across service, food and drink.
