Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mossbrook to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, maintain high standards of service, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is away. This role offers career progression within Premium Country Pubs and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a team and daily operations.
• Able to train and inspire staff to deliver quality guest experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service.
• Model best practices and develop team talent.
