Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Pine Marten to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and role-model exceptional service in a premium pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or pub management.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service you can be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
