Job summary

The White Horse is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver superb guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and manage daily operations to ensure smooth running of the pub.

You will be a hands-on leader, training and guiding your team, modelling excellent guest interaction, and working to continuously WOW our guests and build loyalty. The role offers progression opportunities within Oaktree Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drinks and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
