Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the UK seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a lively team. You will mentor staff to deliver excellent food, drink, and service while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction across the venue.

You will be pivotal in driving guest experiences, developing team members, and contributing to a welcoming, high-energy environment where every guest leaves with a positive memory and return intent.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or team leadership.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
