Job summary

Shepherd Neame in Carshalton is seeking a Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead the Windsor Castle bar team to deliver outstanding hospitality. You will set the tone for great service, motivate staff, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in pubs or bars.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
