Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Ship Ashore at Ember Inns in Milton Keynes. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor your team, and drive guest satisfaction with a strong service mindset.

You will develop your team, lead by example, and deliver moments that WOW guests, helping to grow our brand‑led pub experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality service.

• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
