Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ship Inn is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor colleagues, uphold service standards, and drive team performance in a busy hospitality setting.
