Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting an Assistant Manager for the White Hart Hotel (Ember Inns). The role supports the General Manager and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, mentoring individuals to be their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and guest service leadership.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to deliver excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is not available.
• Train and inspire staff to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Lead the team to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.
