Job summary

The White Hart Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations, lead the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will mentor individuals to be their best and uphold the standards of the Ember Inns brand.

• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.

As Assistant Manager at the White Hart Hotel, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
