Rockfish in Lyme Regis is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and own the business in the General Manager’s absence. You’ll guide a high-energy team to deliver memorable guest experiences, while mentoring staff and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure outstanding dining.
