Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training for one of its coastal UK restaurants. You will support the General Manager by coaching and leading the team through a structured training plan, with opportunities for progression and development within the Rockfish family.
You will supervise alcohol service, have at least one year of experience as a Server or Supervisor, and work flexible hours to meet busy shifts.

As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.

As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
You will be required to have at least one years’ experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
