Job summary

Rockfish Lyme Regis is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead day-to-day operations in a vibrant coastal restaurant.

You will drive outstanding guest experiences, mentor staff, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver memorable dining moments for guests along the coast.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
• Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining service standards.

About the Role
