Job summary

Rockfish Weymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, take ownership in their absence, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced coastal restaurant.

You will mentor the team, work with the kitchen to deliver memorable dining, and help with training and development while upholding Rockfish's standards of service, sustainability, and community. This role offers career growth through management development programmes and clear progression pathways.
