Job summary

Rockfish is recruiting an Assistant Manager for its Torquay site. You will support the General Manager, lead on guest experience, and mentor the team to maintain high standards across service and hospitality. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless, memorable dining experiences for guests.
