Job summary

Rockfish Lyme Regis is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and step in for the General Manager when needed. You will champion exceptional guest experiences, mentor the team and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver unforgettable coastal dining.

Up to £36500 OTE which includes tronc+ paid overtime

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager , you will:
