Oatsheaf in Fleet is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the site, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and mentoring individuals to reach their potential.

You will foster a high-performing team, drive service standards, and model best practice to ensure efficient operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver great service.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest and drive repeat visits.
