Mitchells & Butlers' Vintage Inns brand is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Otter to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive service standards, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere across the pub.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams and supporting a General Manager.
• Strong communication to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Ability to mentor and guide development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Act as role model and support staff development and performance.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that keep guests returning.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
