Snowy Owl, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at Vintage Inns. You'll bring your management experience to lead the team, drive guest excellence, and mentor staff to be their best.

Qualifications

• Management experience required to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire the team.
• Experience in supervising or assisting management roles is preferred.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service of which you are proud.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
