Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Woolpack to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive strong communication, and be a role model for development, helping the team wow guests and encourage repeat visits across premium brands.

• Experience in hospitality management to support the General Manager.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them coming back.
