Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Oatsheaf in Fleet, part of Premium Country Pubs. The role involves supporting the General Manager in daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to consistently WOW guests and drive repeat visits.

What will I be doing? As Assistant Manager

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
