Job summary

Kk Restaurants Sw Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive day-to-day restaurant operations in Exeter. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You'll work closely with the General Manager to maintain standards, manage labour and stock, and contribute to local marketing initiatives. A hands-on leader with a passion for service and growth is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role, ideally in hospitality, QSR, or retail.
• You lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the team focused and the service running smoothly.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, health & safety, and guest service.
• Assist the General Manager in delivering strong operational performance.
• Coach and develop team members, onboard and train new staff, and step in for the GM when needed.
• Be present on the floor, resolve issues, and create memorable guest experiences.
• Help manage labour, stock, and waste to hit KPIs and contribute to local marketing ideas.
