Job summary

Slim Chickens Exeter is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting. You will lead shifts on the floor, motivate the team, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

• Assist with managing labour, stock, and waste to hit key performance targets.
• Contribute to local marketing ideas and ways to boost business.
• Track shift performance and share ideas for improvements with the management team.
