Job summary

Slim Chickens Victoria Square in Belfast is seeking a Shift Manager to lead peak-time service, energise the team, and deliver outstanding experiences for every guest.

You’ll run shifts, coach staff, train new starters, keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and compliant, and work with senior managers to meet guest needs.
