Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking an Assistant Insite Manager to join our team on a well established customer site. The role focuses on driving new business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting inventory and supplier coordination.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or engineering in a commercial or operational role; industrial B2B sales or procurement background is welcome. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or engineering in an operational or commercial role.
Background in industrial B2B sales or procurement in heavy industry.
Familiarity with customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage sales enquiries and orders and inputting onto the system.
Deputise for the Insite Manager in their absence.
Maintenance of customer information within Rubix and Customer systems.
Managing work orders from engineering.
Dealing with stock availability, pricing, back orders, and delivery queries.
Preparation and follow up of relevant quotes.
Building and developing relationships with customers to maximise orders and loyalty.
Communicating with suppliers regarding stock, prices and delivery issues.
General inventory management duties and stores responsibilities.
Prepare customer reports for customer meetings.
