Travelodge St Austell is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams on a full-time basis. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and ensure brand standards across reception, bar and food service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on development of team members and delivery against KPIs. You will partner with colleagues to create development plans, recruit and induct new staff, and manage costs while promoting Travelodge

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a service-led customer-facing industry.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and motivating hotel teams.
• Creating personal development plans with team members.
• Recruiting and conducting welcoming inductions for new staff.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximising food and beverage sales through cross-/upselling (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Reviewing customer feedback to drive improvement actions.
• Overseeing cleaning, repairs and maintenance.
• Managing rotas, banking and health & safety.
