Job summary

Travelodge Watford Central is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead and motivate hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will drive exceptional guest service, coach staff, and ensure operations run smoothly across rooms and, where applicable, Bar Cafe food service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-led customer-facing industry.
• Food & beverage experience would be advantageous for Bar Cafe hotel.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
