Job summary

Travelodge Glossop is seeking an Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will drive the guest experience, develop staff, recruit, and ensure brand standards across food and service. You will also manage rosters, banking, and health & safety while pushing for KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-led customer-facing industry.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.
• Ability to deliver objectives and KPIs through your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams to deliver a top customer experience.
• Create personal development plans with team members for career growth.
• Recruit and induct new team members with a welcoming approach.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross/up selling (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, rota management, banking and health & safety.
• Drive awareness and engagement to earn incentives and bonuses.
