The role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
