Job summary
David Lloyd Brooklands is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and operate a DL Club, ensuring an outstanding member experience every day, 7 days a week. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategy and drive club targets while maintaining health, safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications
- Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
- Passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and operate the club to deliver excellent member experiences 7 days a week.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that hit targets and improve member experience.
- Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across the club's daily operations.
