You will partner with the General Manager to drive club targets, manage service delivery across departments, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster a welcoming, inclusive culture for staff and members alike.

This role requires strong people leadership, financial planning, and a passion for service excellence in a premium leisure environment.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management within a large operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's daily operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Drive club targets and member experience to deliver a premium service every day.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance across the club and teams.
