Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Brooklands is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and operate a premium health and wellness club. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets and member experience, while ensuring safe, compliant day-to-day operations seven days a week.

The role requires passion for customer service, experience managing large facilities, and a track record in operational and financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the club to deliver an exceptional member experience daily, 7 days a week.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive club targets and member satisfaction.

As Assistant General Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
