Job summary

Cosy Club Swansea is recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, support the General Manager and drive guest experience across brunch, dinner and drinks.

You could earn in the region of £46,000 per year, with base salary up to £37,000, plus tronc (£6.5k–£9.5k) and bonus up to £3.5k. Overtime paid, flexible days off and staff perks start from day one.

Job description

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are recruiting for our new Assistant General Manager.

As one of our Assitant General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £46,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £37,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £3.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
