Cosy Club Swansea, opening this Autumn, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef. You will join a vibrant team delivering fresh, high-volume dishes while leading the kitchen brigade in the Head Chef’s absence. Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and preparing fresh dishes in high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence.
• Strong communication with FOH and BOH teams.

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for the best Junior Sous Chefs to join us!

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £16.60 and £18.30 per hour

• Hourly rate of between £13.10 and £13.30 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3.50 - £5.0 per hour

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
