Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead in a high-volume restaurant environment. You will work closely with the GM to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team development, while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading teams to hit sales targets, coach and train staff, and have honest conversations when needed
• Growth-oriented mindset and readiness for the next step in your career
• Track record of delivering sales results, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership with a history of building and developing future leaders
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team
