Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in branded high-volume QSR or fast-casual.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP, health & safety, and employment law compliance.
• Own restaurant P&L, sales, labour, food cost, and brand standards.
• Develop and grow team potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment and succession planning.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Build rotas balancing labour budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data and take action.
• Maintain energetic culture and service excellence.
