Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership in managing daily Front Office operations, ensuring we deliver on our promise to guests. You will focus on maintaining exceptional standards at the front desk and switchboard, playing a key role in the department. You will take pride in ensuring a guest-centered approach in all activities and fostering a supportive environment for the Front Office team. As the Manager on Duty, you will handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, resolving issues to exceed guest expectations.
