An established industry player is seeking a passionate Assistant Front Office Manager to join their team. Contract Type: Temporary (Fixed Term Contract) - 39 hours per week
The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn, and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through your people. You will support the Front Office Manager and help manage Reception, Guest Relations, and Nights, and work closely with all other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience. You will be passionate about delivering a world-class guest experience and will be happy to take the lead in training and developing your team. You will also be driving sales, working to budgets, and dealing with challenging guest issues while coaching and mentoring your team.
