ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for recording all activities in the form of the Duty Manager log on a daily basis and you will report the necessary information to the Front of House Manager, Guest Relations Manager and Director of Rooms. Our Assistant Front Office Managers (including Night Manager) provide 24 hour assistance and service to all hotel guests, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences to the highest quality.
