Property or Facilities Management qualifications or experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice. IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification. Experience using CAFM, helpdesk, or incident reporting systems. Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and service charge environments.
We're looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and customer-focused. Organised and highly detail-oriented. Proactive and solution-focused. Calm under pressure and capable of making sound decisions. A strong team player who can also work independently. Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
