A leading utilities infrastructure company in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Estimator to support their work winning team. This position offers valuable experience in Civil Engineering projects and involves collaboration on tender submissions. We are currently seeking an Assistant Estimator to support the growth of our work winning team. Working on our Severn Trent Framework the successful candidate will gain valuable experience working on Civil Engineering and MEICA Projects.
Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
Location : Based from one of our Midlands based offices ( Birmingham,Derby, Coventry) We do operate a Hybrid working policy with a split of home and office working.
Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility on start and finish times, with final hours agreed with your People Manager during the interview process.
Support the full bid process, from pre-qualification through to tender submission.
Assist with approvals to ensure all bids meet company standards.
Help prepare detailed, analytical tenders and estimates within set timescales.
Follow established estimating procedures to deliver accurate submissions.
Collaborate with Estimating and Operational teams to produce high-quality bids.
Maintain tender records and manage change control.
Contribute to programme and risk communication throughout the process.
