We're working with a rapidly growing real estate investment and management business to hire an Assistant Credit Controller for their London team. The company has a dynamic culture, a sizeable commercial portfolio, and offers great progression for someone looking to develop in credit control.

The Role

Supporting the Senior Credit Controller across a mixed commercial portfolio (offices, hotels, HMOs), you'll handle:

  • Invoice generation and rent demands
  • Chasing overdue payments (phone & email)
  • Tenant account reconciliation and payment allocation
  • Maintaining accurate notes and reports
  • Supporting arrears reporting and taking ownership of a small B2B portfolio

Hybrid working offered once probation is passed.

About You
  • Some experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks confidently
  • Property or hospitality exposure useful but not essential
  • Yardi experience a bonus
