Job summary
GSF Car Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and lead the Sales Advisor team in delivering strong branch sales and customer satisfaction. You will drive daily performance, coach staff against KPIs and promote a positive, proactive approach to promotions and initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in a target-driven environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and leading by example.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a strong, sales, target driven environment.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proven leadership and team motivation capabilities.
- Comfort with performance metrics and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Sales Advisor team to drive branch sales.
- Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day duties and promotions.
- Monitor daily sales, margin and profit to meet budget.
- Communicate performance updates and provide constructive feedback to improve standards.
- Recognise and address disruptive behaviour; promote a solution-based customer service mentality.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
- Keep the Branch Manager informed with timely updates.
