Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager, lead the Sales Advisor team, and drive branch sales and customer relationships. You will work to hit monthly targets, manage the team, and uphold high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a sales-driven environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a pro-active approach to promotions and initiatives within the branch. Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, target-driven environment with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Driven to achieve and maintain high standards of work and appearance.
• Confident leader who can guide by example.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with P&L/ commercial management is a plus.
• Familiarity with MAM or Allicat is desirable.
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Sales Advisor team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Monitor KPI performance and communicate with the team regularly.
• Translate performance feedback into improvements and recognize excellence.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote branch promotions and company initiatives to the team.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to drive branch goals.
