Simon Acres Group LTD in Fort William is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to drive branch growth and customer service excellence. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and support sales targets in a busy plumbing and heating merchant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plumbers environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection.
• Process sales transactions and handle account-related queries.

This is an exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a highly successful branch, driving its growth and success, whilst giving a fantastic opportunity to progress into branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business from both new and existing clients.
• Entertain customers (Weekend potential)
• Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the warehouse as required.
• Assist with deliveries as required.

Requirements / Skills:

• Previous experience in a plumbers environment is preferred.
