My client seeks a Branch Manager for the Hinckley branch, a heating and plumbing merchant with a showroom and a £1.8m turnover. You will lead stock, sales, and branch operations to meet aggressive growth targets.

You will be responsible for developing the branch team, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving commercial objectives while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Role

You will be the Branch Manager of the Hinckley branch, this branch has a turnover of £1.8m and 4 staff, it also has a showroom. The branch sells mainly Heating & Plumbing products, with brands including Adey, Fernox, Scalemaster, Ideal, Wilo, Arctic, Ideal Standard, Bristan, BWT and Rothenberger.

The focus of this Branch Manager role will be:

• Improving sales performance
• Increasing profitability
• Driving operational efficiency
• Managing stock effectively
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Developing and managing the branch team
• Ensuring the branch meets its commercial objectives
• Maintaining excellent service levels for customers

Person

You will have experience either:

• Leading a plumbers merchant/currently a Branch Manager; or
• Working within a branch as a strong number Assistant Branch Manager

You will understand how a Plumbing & Heating Merchant functions, including:

• Day-to-day merchant activities
