Job summary

Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager on behalf of a leading automotive organisation. This is a field-based leadership role covering the Midlands with the flexibility to manage your own diary and workload.

You'll spend the majority of your time supporting retailer partners in the field, with a dedicated home office day for planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You'll also attend the Chiswick Head Office once per month.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Aftersales Manager, Head of Aftersales, Aftersales Manager, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dealership aftersales operations.
• Proven success in improving KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working across multiple sites or territories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role

As Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for driving aftersales performance across a network of automotive retailers throughout the Midlands.

• Proven success in improving KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills
